The "Wazo Mental Health Summit: Navigating Mental Health in Relationships" is hosted by Wazo Connect at UCLA. It aims to 1) demonstrate the importance of relationships for mental health, and 2) outline effective strategies to improve mental health by fostering and maintaining healthy relationships. This event will comprise talks from professors and faculty, personal stories from student speakers, and participation from clubs and organizations who will be sharing mental health resources.  Four faculty will have the opportunity to speak about their research, insights and/or experience regarding the impact of relationships on mental health. Each will respectively discuss relationships with yourself, parents, peers, and partners for thirty minutes each. Two student speakers will share how mental has impacted their personal lives and their relationships for twenty minutes each. Lastly, we will have a designated time slot for booths comprised of clubs and organizations, who will connect attendees to their platform and resources for 45 minutes, while lunch is served.
